A project located in Dover, Kent. This project is about designing a new neighbour of residential houses, located in the proximity of the the town centre of Dover, offering views to the Dover Castle and St. Mary’s church. The proposal aims to integrate within the urban form of the town a design which focuses on the experience of its inhabitants. The masterplan supports the idea of privacy of the occupiers, given through private courtyards, while a big avenue and a central gathering space aim to offer a public invitation to discover the nearby public park, and the church.
